The client is an impeccable two-story home located on Blackstone golf course in Phoenix. This home covers approximately 5,300 sq. feet and was built with the knowledge that upgrades would be added following completion of the home. Upon completion of the home, the homeowners explicitly knew what they wanted. Looking to make some technological additions to this Phoenix homeowner’s beautiful home, Immedia was called upon to design and implement a strategy for advancing this home into what is now considered as Immedia’s First Crestron registered design.
The magnitude of the home gave the homeowner an extensive list of options for outfitting their home with the most up-to-date and powerful technology. The client wanted to have something that they would have a little more control over and that is exactly what Crestron gave them; that control they were looking for. Immedia equipped this home entirely through Crestron products. From lighting, HVAC, security, distributed audio and video, garage control, and mister control this client had full control of everything within their home. Additionally, with the Crestron system the client is given the freedom and capability to control every aspect of the system from one controller – the client’s tablet - the iPad. With this level of control, the client has no problem entertaining guests across the house, within the three bars and patio as the entire house is furnished with clip speakers and displays with distributed audio and video.
Immedia was able to devise a solution that gave the client everything they requested and more. Through their partnership with Crestron the magnificent residential home was thus transformed into Immedia’s first Crestron registered design. Most importantly Immedia gave the client full control of their system through iPad Control and provided them with remote monitoring. In the case of any system failures, Immedia has control from its office in Phoenix to reset and resolve issues remotely.
