In April of 2020 we began using this system to keep a pulse on our performance and client satisfaction. We have chosen to report the last 90 days as an indicator of current performance. This is more meaningful than how we did a year or more ago. The survey is sent to our clients twice during a project and after every service call. If you receive an email requesting a response, it will take less than ten seconds to respond. Thank you for helping us improve!

The job was done well, but the communication was seriously lacking. I was told to meet the team at our office space at 6 AM. So, I showed up 10 minutes before 6. No one showed up until 7 AM. When I asked the team about it, they told me the job got rescheduled, but no one told me it got rescheduled. So, I had to be at a job site at 6 AM on my day off for no reason. I could have waited an hour. Like I said earlier, the job was done well, but there was definitely a lack of professionalism in communication, and for that, I blame the project manager.

I was anticipating the worst, what with the supply chain issues and scheduling challenges, but you all managed to pull it off! The weekly updates that Bert, Kerri, and Tom provided, allowed me to manage the concerns of our Group President (of the business unit purchasing the rooms) and keep him appraised of potential delays. I also appreciated our contingency discussions early on regarding alternate designs and your ongoing efforts to find alternate sourcing. I imagine that you fought some internal and supplier battles to push this over the line. Ultimately, the actions you took on our behalf are why do business with IMMedia. And they are why I recommend IMMedia when I can do so.
