In April of 2020 we began using this system to keep a pulse on our performance and client satisfaction. We have chosen to report the last 90 days as an indicator of current performance. This is more meaningful than how we did a year or more ago. The survey is sent to our clients twice during a project and after every service call. If you receive an email requesting a response, it will take less than ten seconds to respond. Thank you for helping us improve!

Our sales person doesn't seem to understand how the State requires quotes. She has to reduce the quotes multiple times, then when we request another quote for another project it's like she doesn't remember how she did the last quote. It is very frustrating on the quote end. On the install end Immedia is fantastic.

Dylan was very thorough. The fix he came with didn't take care of the issue, so he went over the entire system with a fine tooth comb to identify then fix the problem. He is always friendly, prompt, and appears very well informed on his profession.
