In April of 2020 we began using this system to keep a pulse on our performance and client satisfaction. We have chosen to report the last 90 days as an indicator of current performance. This is more meaningful than how we did a year or more ago. The survey is sent to our clients twice during a project and after every service call. If you receive an email requesting a response, it will take less than ten seconds to respond. Thank you for helping us improve!

Staff was excellent to work with from the tech who came on site to diagnose the issue to the techs that installed the equipment. And sales was amazing, we had started this prior to the pandemic and during the year + that we were not allowed to come into the office I never once felt pushed to complete our purchase and install. Very professional and polite always. Great company to work with.

Quick response from phone service and tech came to our location the next day and solved the issue.

Joseph did everything he could think of to resolve a Zoom issue within our room. While it didn't seem fully resolved, it actually did end up working in the end! He was helpful and provided coding for me to use if the issue ever arises again.
