In April of 2020 we began using this system to keep a pulse on our performance and client satisfaction. We have chosen to report the last 90 days as an indicator of current performance. This is more meaningful than how we did a year or more ago. The survey is sent to our clients twice during a project and after every service call. If you receive an email requesting a response, it will take less than ten seconds to respond. Thank you for helping us improve!

Josh and Rodney always help me when I need it the most. Any time I have issues managing the AV needs of our 2500+ employees Josh steps up to make sure it gets fixed ASAP. Keith is great as well and saves us a lot of headaches time and time again. Recently Maui and Nick assisted in the Zoom PC replacement and we couldn't have got the giant TVs off the wall without their help! Truly great Customer Service from these 5 and Cori for making their schedules work with ours EVERY TIME!
